I wanted to give Dr. Kong props for doing such a wonderful job! My pain in my jaw has been much much better and I noticed a difference after my first session. She was and remains to be very thorough with each exam checking in and finding out my pain levels and trying to find out the source of the pain.
I also walked in with a 2-month old sprained ankle injury that wasn’t getting any better and I didn’t have full flexibility. I also was having hip pain which I assumed was from my cycling. She started to investigate the root of the hip problem. We found out it was referred pain from my groin areas. Probably a result from not stretching out that area properly before my rides. Makes sense after spending so much time on the bike holding a particular position for 3-4 hours at a time. You’ll be happy to know that my ankle is 100% just after 3 sessions and my hips are feeling much better, on my way to 100%
